Monday math facts and Tuesday Trivia, 3/26/13

Hey folks,

This is our LAST trivia and math facts before track-off! This week: the 7x table. Good luck!

7x1 = 7
7x2 = 14
7x3 = 21
7x4 = 28
7x5 = 35
7x6 = 42
7x7= 49
7x8 = 56 (favorite!)
7x9 = 63
7x10 = 70
7x11 = 77
7x12 = 84

Have that table ready for Friday to earn prizes!

Now, the trivia.
Unfortunately, we will all be tracked off during April Fool's Day on April 1st. So...that means no putting soap in Mr. Cuoco's coffee, or tacks on his chair. But where did this foolish holiday originate? There are many different ideas of it's orientation in different countries.
1. What is one of the first written examples of April foolishness, written in 1392? (That's a tough question!)
2. What is the name for the Roman festival held on March 25th every year, where the holiday may have come from?

Good luck! Answers in tomorrow!

Mr. C
